{"id":204952,"date":"2018-02-01T12:29:50","date_gmt":"2018-02-01T12:29:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/carricerincejudo.es\/?p=204952"},"modified":"2018-08-22T17:09:19","modified_gmt":"2018-08-22T16:09:19","slug":"lanzamiento-del-proyecto-life-paludicola-en-bruselas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/carricerincejudo.es\/en\/lanzamiento-del-proyecto-life-paludicola-en-bruselas\/","title":{"rendered":"LIFE PALUDICOLA PROJECT LAUNCH IN BRUSSELS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[et_pb_section bb_built=&#8221;1&#8243;][et_pb_row][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.6&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>On October 17 and 18, technicians of the LIFE Paludicola project were at the Kick-off Meeting of European Commission LIFE held in Brussels.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting was a launch of the LIFE projects approved in the call of 2016, where the representatives of the European Commission gave presentations about \u201cIntroduction: agents of the LIFE program and support team,\u201d \u201cCommunication,\u201d \u201cTechnical management,\u201d and \u201cFinancial management.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Afterwards, project presentations were given by thematic groups, with LIFE Paludicola belonging to the bird group. You can see the list of approved projects using the following link:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/europa.eu\/rapid\/press-release_MEMO-17-3430_en.htm\">http:\/\/europa.eu\/rapid\/press-release_MEMO-17-3430_en.htm<\/a><\/p>\n<p>231 Spanish proposals were presented in 2016, with 39 of these being chosen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>36 Environment &amp; Resource Efficiency (ENV) projects that observe measures in 5 thematic areas: air, environment y health, resource efficiency, waste, and water.<\/li>\n<li>6 Nature &amp; Biodiversity (NAT) projects that support the implementation of the EU Action Plan for nature, people, and the economy, the Birds and Habitats Directives, and the EU Biodiversity Strategy to 2020.<\/li>\n<li>1 Environmental Governance &amp; Information (GIE) project that seeks to increase awareness and sensitization of people living in Natura 2000 Network areas.<\/li>\n<li>4 Climate Change Adaptation (CCA) projects focused on the agricultural sector and urban adaptation and planning.<\/li>\n<li>2 Climate Change Mitigation (CCM) projects consisting of good practices, pilot projects, and demonstrations of agricultural and forestry topics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Furthermore, 1 project for the Functioning of a European environmental NGO was financed<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><div class=\"et_pb_row et_pb_row_0 et_pb_row_empty\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div> On October 17 and 18, technicians of the LIFE Paludicola project were at the Kick-off Meeting of European Commission LIFE held in Brussels.
