A finales de 2018 se segaron en este humedal una superficie de 6,45 hect\u00e1reas con la m\u00e1quina anfibia. Este verano, durante 19 d\u00edas entre agosto y septiembre un reba\u00f1o de 900 ovejas de los Hermanos Pe\u00f1aroja, ha pastado en 1,5 hect\u00e1reas de esta zona segada. Anteriormente, el reba\u00f1o hab\u00eda estado pastando en la zona norte de la Marjal, con mayor densidad de rastrojo y menor densidad de vegetaci\u00f3n fresca.<\/p>\n
