Desde principios del mes de septiembre, contin\u00faan las siegas por los humedales costeros de la Comunidad Valenciana, dentro de la Acci\u00f3n C2 \u201cManejo de la vegetaci\u00f3n mediante siegas\u201d del proyecto LIFE Paludicola. Los trabajos han comenzado esta temporada en el Parque Natural del Prat de Cabanes \u2013 Torreblanca (Castell\u00f3n) y continuar\u00e1n por el resto de los humedales de actuaci\u00f3n del proyecto.<\/p>\n

Durante estos pr\u00f3ximos meses la m\u00e1quina anfibia, recorrer\u00e1 las zonas inundadas de estos marjales, cortando carrizo y abriendo claros con el objetivo de diversificar el mosaico de vegetaci\u00f3n monoespec\u00edfica dominante en estos humedales, para favorecer la presencia de aves palustres y mantener las lagunas en un \u00f3ptimo estado de conservaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
