El pasado domingo 2 de febrero se conmemor\u00f3 el\u00a0D\u00eda Mundial de los Humedales<\/strong><\/a> con el reclamo de la biodiversidad como elemento fundamental de estos ricos ecosistemas. El proyecto LIFE Paludicola, que trabaja en humedales de tres regiones de Espa\u00f1a puso en marcha diferentes actividades<\/a> que resultaron un \u00e9xito de convocatoria y participaci\u00f3n. En las tres comunidades aut\u00f3nomas, el carricer\u00edn cejudo fue el protagonista.<\/p>\n

Castilla y Le\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n

El taller de anillamiento de aves celebrado como actividad para conmemorar el D\u00eda Mundial de los Humedales 2020 (DMH) en la laguna de La Nava ha tenido un enorme \u00e9xito gracias a la asistencia de unas 135 personas entre ni\u00f1os y adultos. Durante toda la ma\u00f1ana se capturaron ocho aves de cinco especies, de modo que los asistentes han podido conocer de cerca algunas de los habitantes de este importante humedal. Adem\u00e1s, la jornada se complement\u00f3 con la observaci\u00f3n de aves acu\u00e1ticas desde el propio observatorio de aves.<\/p>\n

El viernes 31 de enero, y paralelamente a la celebraci\u00f3n del DMH, se celebr\u00f3 la celebraci\u00f3n del 30 aniversario de la restauraci\u00f3n de la laguna de La Nava, ya que en mayo de 1990 se comenz\u00f3 con la inundaci\u00f3n de las primeras 60 hect\u00e1reas, de las 420 ha que actual compone uno de los dos principales humedales de Castilla y Le\u00f3n junto con las Lagunas de Villaf\u00e1fila. Unas 60 personas entre representantes pol\u00edticos, t\u00e9cnicos y periodistas asistieron a las ruedas de prensa y firma del convenio entre JCyL y municipios de la zona para continuar inundando sus terrenos. Buena parte de los asistentes a este evento visitaron posteriormente la laguna de la Nava.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, la exposici\u00f3n itinerante del proyecto fue visitada por 210 personas a lo largo del fin de semana.<\/p>\n

Castilla La Mancha<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Tambi\u00e9n con motivo de la celebraci\u00f3n del d\u00eda de los Humedales, el director gerente de FGN, Eduardo de Miguel, asisti\u00f3 el pasado s\u00e1bado 1 de febrero, a una jornada informativa en la localidad de Mota del Cuervo (Cuenca), lugar donde se desarrolla parte del proyecto LIFE Paludicola en Castilla-La Mancha. Con una gran concurrencia de personas el acto, organizado por la Plataforma Pueblo Sostenible, sirvi\u00f3 para la divulgaci\u00f3n y transferencia de conocimientos por expertos muy reconocidos en la materia como el propio Eduardo de Miguel Beascoechea o el profesor de la Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM) M\u00e1ximo Flor\u00edn Beltr\u00e1n.<\/p>\n

El tema vers\u00f3 sobre la importancia de la biodiversidad mundial que representan los humedales y, concretamente, sobre el Parque Natural del Complejo Lagunar de Manjavacas, de la localidad, as\u00ed como la acequia madre que suministra agua a los regantes de la zona y desemboca en la laguna.<\/p>\n

En concreto, Eduardo de Miguel habl\u00f3 de los trabajos que realiza FGN, la importancia de conservaci\u00f3n de los humedales, los desaf\u00edos que representa su conservaci\u00f3n y acciones concretas que se est\u00e1n realizando en la zona dentro del marco del proyecto LIFE Paludicola.<\/p>\n

Ambos ponentes coincidieron en la necesidad de un trabajo conjunto para aunar fuerzas para mejorar su gesti\u00f3n y divulgaci\u00f3n de su importancia hacia el resto de la poblaci\u00f3n. La sesi\u00f3n finaliz\u00f3 con un compromiso de alianza para la redacci\u00f3n conjunta de futuros proyectos de gesti\u00f3n de estos espacios tan fr\u00e1giles y amenazados como son los humedales manchegos.<\/p>\n

Por otra parte, el mismo domingo 2 de febrero se desarroll\u00f3 una interesante actividad en el entorno cuya diversidad estamos celebrando y protegiendo: un taller de anillamiento cient\u00edfico en la Reserva Natural de la Laguna Chica de Villafranca de los Caballeros.<\/p>\n

La organizaci\u00f3n corri\u00f3 por parte del Ayuntamiento, el grupo de Voluntariado de Las Lagunas y los expertos anilladores de FGN. En total, la asistencia fue de 41 voluntarios ambientales procedentes de la comunidad de Madrid, que no conoc\u00edan este espacio natural, su riqueza en biodiversidad y sus posibilidades de recreo. Y aunque la ma\u00f1ana no fue muy fruct\u00edfera en cuanto a capturas, se disfrut\u00f3 de un paseo did\u00e1ctico por entorno para explicar y poner en valor la importancia de los humedales y su conservaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como su problem\u00e1tica actual debido al cambio clim\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n

Comunidad Valenciana<\/strong><\/h3>\n

La celebraci\u00f3n del D\u00eda Mundial de los Humedales tuvo varias actividades interesantes en distintas zonas de la Comunidad Valenciana.<\/p>\n

El viernes 31 de enero, y para abrir boca, se celebr\u00f3 la primera de las acciones en el Espai Natura de Torreblanca, con la asociaci\u00f3n del Perpetuo Socorro de Castell\u00f3n. Tuvimos parte te\u00f3rica en la que se debati\u00f3 la importancia de cuidar h\u00e1bitats como los humedales, de sus secretos y grandes virtudes, se repas\u00f3 la exposici\u00f3n del carricer\u00edn cejudo y sobre todo se habl\u00f3 del proyecto LIFE Paludicola como ejemplo de protecci\u00f3n de la biodiversidad a trav\u00e9s de muy diversas acciones tanto en campo como en educaci\u00f3n o sensibilizaci\u00f3n social. Fue un grupo de lo m\u00e1s divertido que mostr\u00f3 su gran compromiso con el medio ambiente<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Albufera de Valencia<\/strong><\/p>\n

En el Centro de Interpretaci\u00f3n El Rac\u00f3 del l\u2019Olla, ubicado en el Parque Natural de l\u2019Albufera, se realizaron varios eventos coordinados desde el propio Parque.<\/p>\n

Por un lado, se cont\u00f3 con la presencia de Paloma Mateache, directora del Parque Natural, que dio comienzo al evento; seguida de la Consellera de Agricultura, Desarrollo Rural, Emergencia Clim\u00e1tica y Transici\u00f3n Ecol\u00f3gica, Mireia Moll\u00e0 (en la primera imagen), que hizo la presentaci\u00f3n del D\u00eda Mundial de los Humedales; y por \u00faltimo intervino el vicealcalde i Regidor de Conservaci\u00f3 d’\u00c0rees Naturals i Devesa Albufera, Sergi Campillo (en la segunda imagen), que present\u00f3 la candidatura de Valencia a la acreditaci\u00f3n como \u201cCiudad de Humedal de la Convenci\u00f3n de Ramsar\u201d.<\/p>\n

La primera parte del acto finaliz\u00f3 con la ponencia \u201cLa biodiversidad en la arquitectura de los ecosistemas: el caso de los humedales\u201d, impartida por Javier Armengol.<\/p>\n

A partir de las 12h, se dio paso a los talleres y juegos para los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os, donde Fundaci\u00f3n Global Nature particip\u00f3 con el juego \u201cEl memory del Paludicola\u201d, donde los ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as pudieron divertirse mientras aprend\u00edan la importancia de los humedales valencianos, as\u00ed como del carricer\u00edn cejudo. Adem\u00e1s, pudieron llevarse una chapa personalizada.<\/p>\n

El evento al completo tuvo una asistencia de 250.<\/p>\n

Gand\u00eda<\/strong><\/p>\n

En la Marjal de Gand\u00eda y en colaboraci\u00f3n con el Ayuntamiento se realizaron varias actividades a las que asistieron 80 personas entre ni\u00f1os y adultos.<\/p>\n

En primer lugar, se realiz\u00f3 el taller de anillamiento por parte del grupo ornitol\u00f3gico Pit Roig, colaborador del LIFE Paludicola. Durante este taller se explic\u00f3 a los participantes la importancia de conservar los humedales y cu\u00e1les son las acciones que Fundaci\u00f3n Global Nature lleva a cabo para su conservaci\u00f3n y restauraci\u00f3n mediante el LIFE Paludicola.<\/p>\n

Una vez finalizado el anillamiento de las aves, monitores del Ayuntamiento realizaron una visita guiada por la Marjal, ofreciendo un aperitivo tras el paseo. M\u00e1s tarde, se realizaron talleres y juegos educativos para los ni\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

El pasado domingo 2 de febrero se conmemor\u00f3 el\u00a0D\u00eda Mundial de los Humedales<\/strong><\/a> con el reclamo de la biodiversidad como elemento fundamental de estos ricos ecosistemas. El proyecto LIFE Paludicola, que trabaja en humedales de tres regiones de Espa\u00f1a puso en marcha diferentes actividades<\/a> que resultaron un \u00e9xito de convocatoria y participaci\u00f3n. En las tres comunidades aut\u00f3nomas, el carricer\u00edn cejudo fue el protagonista.<\/p>

Castilla y Le\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>

El taller de anillamiento de aves celebrado como actividad para conmemorar el D\u00eda Mundial de los Humedales 2020 (DMH) en la laguna de La Nava ha tenido un enorme \u00e9xito gracias a la asistencia de unas 135 personas entre ni\u00f1os y adultos. Durante toda la ma\u00f1ana se capturaron ocho aves de cinco especies, de modo que los asistentes han podido conocer de cerca algunas de los habitantes de este importante humedal. Adem\u00e1s, la jornada se complement\u00f3 con la observaci\u00f3n de aves acu\u00e1ticas desde el propio observatorio de aves.<\/p>

El viernes 31 de enero, y paralelamente a la celebraci\u00f3n del DMH, se celebr\u00f3 la celebraci\u00f3n del 30 aniversario de la restauraci\u00f3n de la laguna de La Nava, ya que en mayo de 1990 se comenz\u00f3 con la inundaci\u00f3n de las primeras 60 hect\u00e1reas, de las 420 ha que actual compone uno de los dos principales humedales de Castilla y Le\u00f3n junto con las Lagunas de Villaf\u00e1fila. Unas 60 personas entre representantes pol\u00edticos, t\u00e9cnicos y periodistas asistieron a las ruedas de prensa y firma del convenio entre JCyL y municipios de la zona para continuar inundando sus terrenos. Buena parte de los asistentes a este evento visitaron posteriormente la laguna de la Nava.<\/p>

Adem\u00e1s, la exposici\u00f3n itinerante del proyecto fue visitada por 210 personas a lo largo del fin de semana.<\/p>

Castilla La Mancha<\/strong><\/h3>

<\/strong><\/p>

Tambi\u00e9n con motivo de la celebraci\u00f3n del d\u00eda de los Humedales, el director gerente de FGN, Eduardo de Miguel, asisti\u00f3 el pasado s\u00e1bado 1 de febrero, a una jornada informativa en la localidad de Mota del Cuervo (Cuenca), lugar donde se desarrolla parte del proyecto LIFE Paludicola en Castilla-La Mancha. Con una gran concurrencia de personas el acto, organizado por la Plataforma Pueblo Sostenible, sirvi\u00f3 para la divulgaci\u00f3n y transferencia de conocimientos por expertos muy reconocidos en la materia como el propio Eduardo de Miguel Beascoechea o el profesor de la Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM) M\u00e1ximo Flor\u00edn Beltr\u00e1n.<\/p>

El tema vers\u00f3 sobre la importancia de la biodiversidad mundial que representan los humedales y, concretamente, sobre el Parque Natural del Complejo Lagunar de Manjavacas, de la localidad, as\u00ed como la acequia madre que suministra agua a los regantes de la zona y desemboca en la laguna.<\/p>

En concreto, Eduardo de Miguel habl\u00f3 de los trabajos que realiza FGN, la importancia de conservaci\u00f3n de los humedales, los desaf\u00edos que representa su conservaci\u00f3n y acciones concretas que se est\u00e1n realizando en la zona dentro del marco del proyecto LIFE Paludicola.<\/p>

<\/p>

Ambos ponentes coincidieron en la necesidad de un trabajo conjunto para aunar fuerzas para mejorar su gesti\u00f3n y divulgaci\u00f3n de su importancia hacia el resto de la poblaci\u00f3n. La sesi\u00f3n finaliz\u00f3 con un compromiso de alianza para la redacci\u00f3n conjunta de futuros proyectos de gesti\u00f3n de estos espacios tan fr\u00e1giles y amenazados como son los humedales manchegos.<\/p>

Por otra parte, el mismo domingo 2 de febrero se desarroll\u00f3 una interesante actividad en el entorno cuya diversidad estamos celebrando y protegiendo: un taller de anillamiento cient\u00edfico en la Reserva Natural de la Laguna Chica de Villafranca de los Caballeros.<\/p>

La organizaci\u00f3n corri\u00f3 por parte del Ayuntamiento, el grupo de Voluntariado de Las Lagunas y los expertos anilladores de FGN. En total, la asistencia fue de 41 voluntarios ambientales procedentes de la comunidad de Madrid, que no conoc\u00edan este espacio natural, su riqueza en biodiversidad y sus posibilidades de recreo. Y aunque la ma\u00f1ana no fue muy fruct\u00edfera en cuanto a capturas, se disfrut\u00f3 de un paseo did\u00e1ctico por entorno para explicar y poner en valor la importancia de los humedales y su conservaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como su problem\u00e1tica actual debido al cambio clim\u00e1tico.<\/p>


Comunidad Valenciana<\/strong><\/h3>

La celebraci\u00f3n del D\u00eda Mundial de los Humedales tuvo varias actividades interesantes en distintas zonas de la Comunidad Valenciana.<\/p>
