You may click the link to switch the active language.<\/p><p>Durante el mes de diciembre de 2020 las actuaciones de siegas permitieron no solo la eliminaci\u00f3n de parte del carrizo existente en la marjal dels Moros con el fin de controlar su crecimiento excesivo y diversificar el h\u00e1bitat, <strong>sino tambi\u00e9n un uso como subproducto de ese carrizo triturado<\/strong>. Estos trabajos se enmarcan dentro de la Acci\u00f3n C2 del proyecto LIFE Paludicola, denominada \u201cManejo de vegetaci\u00f3n mediante siegas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En primer lugar, se realiz\u00f3 la siega del carrizo de la laguna, utilizando la <strong>m\u00e1quina anfibia<\/strong> del proyecto y destinada para tal fin. De esta forma se evita la acumulaci\u00f3n de un exceso de materia org\u00e1nica en el fondo de las lagunas con la consiguiente eutrofizaci\u00f3n del agua del humedal.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>materia vegetal extra\u00edda fue depositada en los bordes de la laguna y en una era <\/strong>de hormig\u00f3n cercana para que se secara.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_209963\" style=\"width: 1610px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-209963\" class=\"wp-image-209963\" src=\"https:\/\/carricerincejudo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/word-image-4.jpeg\" alt=\"Carrizo sec\u00e1ndose\" width=\"1600\" height=\"899\" srcset=\"https:\/\/carricerincejudo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/word-image-4.jpeg 1600w, https:\/\/carricerincejudo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/word-image-4-1280x719.jpeg 1280w, https:\/\/carricerincejudo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/word-image-4-980x551.jpeg 980w, https:\/\/carricerincejudo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/word-image-4-480x270.jpeg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) and (max-width: 1280px) 1280px, (min-width: 1281px) 1600px, 100vw\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-209963\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Carrizo sec\u00e1ndose<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Una vez seco, el manejo del carrizo se realiz\u00f3 con una <strong>m\u00e1quina picadora con tolva<\/strong> que iba depositando en un remolque el carrizo ya triturado, siendo <strong>trasladado y acopiado en una zona cercana a las parcelas de cultivo ecol\u00f3gico<\/strong> pertenecientes a la Uni\u00f3 de Llauradors. Estos restos ser\u00e1n utilizados con posterioridad <strong>para mejorar el suelo de dichas parcelas y como acolchado<\/strong> de cultivos como la alcachofa o el apio entre otros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Con la realizaci\u00f3n de estos trabajos se ha conseguido por una parte retirar y controlar la vegetaci\u00f3n de la marjal y por otra parte beneficiar a los agricultores de las parcelas colindantes gracias a la utilizaci\u00f3n del carrizo triturado como subproducto.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Estos trabajos en el marjal del Moro tuvieron inicio el d\u00eda 4 de diciembre de 2020 y se prolongaron hasta el d\u00eda 23 del mismo mes, procediendo de la siguiente forma. A continuaci\u00f3n, unas fotos que describen todo el proceso de triturado y transporte en un remolque alquilado a las parcelas agr\u00edcolas destinatarias finales del carrizo triturado:<\/p>\n<div
