On March 7 the LIFE Paludicola Project Monitoring Committee was constituted. The event took place at the Royal Botanical Gardens of Madrid attended by representatives of various bodies whose competences come within the scope of this project.
The aim of this Committee is to disseminate knowledge on the actions envisaged in the course of the project in order to receive from the various different bodies their impressions, recommendations or problems so that the project may conduct its tasks with optimal results.
Inputs and participation on the part of stakeholders in the area of operations have allowed us to reach a consensus over the tasks to be addressed, and to solve in advance problems that may have hampered some LIFE Project actions.
